Privacy Notice
How inquiry information is handled.
This notice explains how Mistoura Pastry handles information submitted through this website. It is a practical starting point and should be reviewed before commercial launch.
Information submitted through the contact form
When you submit an inquiry, the site collects the details you provide, such as your name, email address, organization, website, project type, location, timing, budget range, project description, referral source, source page, and explicit UTM parameters when present.
Purpose of processing
Mistoura Pastry uses inquiry information to understand the project context, respond to the request, and manage potential consulting or dessert-design engagements.
Infrastructure and optional providers
Contact submissions are intended to be stored in Supabase. If configured, Resend may be used to send an internal email notification. The Supabase record remains the source of truth, and email notification is optional.
Analytics
The site may use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand aggregate page performance and a small number of meaningful interactions. It does not use advertising trackers or session recording.
Retention and security
Inquiry records should be retained only as long as useful for responding to requests and managing business records. Access to form submissions should be limited to people who need it.
No sale of personal information
Mistoura Pastry does not sell personal information submitted through the contact form.
International visitors
If you contact Mistoura Pastry from outside the United States, your inquiry may be processed in the United States or through service providers that support the website infrastructure.
Contact requests and updates
To request correction or deletion of inquiry information, contact hello@mistourapastry.com. This notice may be updated as the site and service providers change.
